• The first 15 minutes, we settle in, chit-chat, order food/beverages
• We do intros: what are you building or working on
• For one hour or so, as time permits, people will have the opportunity to share one challenge they are currently facing and each person will receive constructive group feedback and/or encouragement
• Socialize at the end!
