Spots are limited, so registration is required. This helps us plan ahead and ensures everyone has a seat. We use Luma to manage registrations and event updates. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with your event details and any future updates. To register, click "Register for Event," then scroll down in the pop-up window and select "Request to Join." By registering, you agree to the event terms.
• The first 30 minutes, we settle in, chit-chat, order beverages/food
• We then do intros
• We read silently for an hour
• For the last 30 minutes or so, we chit-chat and talk about what we read
Welcome to the Silent Book Club chapter in Torrance, CA! Whether you're an avid reader or just looking to make some new bookish friends, this group is open to all. There is no assigned reading and you bring your own book! We read silently with time frames to socialize. All readers are welcome!
